TagMaster has several alternative technical support solutions depending on the type of technical support contract you have:
– Free of charge technical support guidance via e-mail (preferred) or telephone. Our ambition is to acknowledge your support request within 8 working hours and provide a technical response on the majority of topics within 5 working days.
– Priority technical support subject to separate agreement. This premium paid support service always has priority. Our goal is to provide an initial technical response within 8 working hours.
TagMaster also offers additional assistance on a consultancy fee basis, for example system testing, on-site presence and documentation.
